It’s all well and good knowing that you want to get your business found on Google, but how do you get there? You know you should be optimising your website, but what exactly is it that you need to do? SEO can be confusing enough in itself, with all its acronyms and jargon, without trying to work out what changes to make without the fear of breaking everything and disappearing from Google forever (not that that would ACTUALLY happen).
Imagine being able to sit down with someone who can tell you all the changes you need to make, on all the most important pages of your website, while also explaining why and answering any questions that come up along the way. Sounds amazing right? You’ll go from clueless and confused, to motivated and ready to go.
That’s where I come in. During an audit, we’ll sit down together (virtually!) and check everything out, just like I used to with my agency clients. I’ll break down each page with what’s working and not working, and how to improve it. But not only that, you’ll be able to make changes then and there, and come away with clear instructions that you can understand, all of your questions answered and a recording to refer back to for a refresher, or just a bit of motivation.
We’ll spend up to two couple of hours on Zoom together to take a look at all the on-page elements of your website, so you can get your content working for you:
£400
£800
In the intense version, we’ll spend the day together via zoom (or in person if you’re local to Berkshire or London!) and dig even deeper - getting into the ‘behind the scenes’ of your website:
I have six years of SEO industry experience, having worked at a marketing agency, working with a variety of companies, and then later in-house for one of the UK’s biggest brands. I never attended university, and as a self-taught professional, I’m passionate about showing that you don’t need qualifications to understand and excel at SEO.
While I’m self-taught, I’m also completely un-technically minded, so you won’t be hearing any techy terms or jargon coming from me. What this also means, is that I have that insider knowledge on what stats and tools you should be paying attention to, and what ones you can ignore to avoid getting overwhelmed by numbers and data.
After years of working on my business alongside my day job, I’ve since moved on to being a full-time, self-employed wedding photographer (as seen in Rock My Wedding, Green Wedding Shoes and The Un-Wedding), putting the skills learned in my previous career into action. I work on improving and optimising my website alongside running my full-time business, so if I can, so can you.
When I’m not out shooting weddings or deciphering the latest Google update, I can be found editing in my local cosy cafe with a tea in hand, working out at a pole fitness class, or cuddling with my cat Custard.
A site audit is a really good way to get clear on what your website needs in order to have really solid foundations, or how to give it that bit of TLC, so you can start seeing your rankings improve and get your business found online.
But don’t just take my word for it…

I loved Jodie’s SEO 1-1! I was quite nervous beforehand but came away feeling motivated to make my website even better and Jodie was very kind and helpful. If you want to give your website an SEO audit - Jodie is your gal! 🤍
Jodie really helped me to get my head around SEO. Far from being generic advice, she was able to give me specific targeted advice by looking through my website and helping me to identify the areas I needed to work on. The outcome is I am getting results. I'm getting more enquiries via Google that I actually want because of the improvements I've made. And I've got a deeper confidence in working on my SEO as well, it's not some mystery alchemy anymore for other people.

Q: What do you need from me?
A: I’ll need some information about your website and access to some analytics, but I’ll send you over a quick and easy form with all of those details as we get started. From there you’ll be able to book a call for a time that suits you through my calendar system!
Q: What does a site audit involve?
A: We’ll get together on Zoom and get stuck into your website, analysing it and improving it.
Q: Will you implement the changes for me?
A: Nope, that one’s on you I’m afraid! I can tell you what needs doing, but you’ll have to put it into action - I’d honestly recommend making changes as we go on the day for immediate feedback from me and maximum impact!
Q: Can we meet in person?
A: If you’re local to Berkshire or London (or just don’t mind trekking it over) then we can totally meet in person, and I’ll get us lunch! However this is only available for The Intense Audit, which is a full day.
Q: When can I book in for?
A: As with my original site audits, I’ll only be taking on four a month so I can give it my full attention. You’ll be able to see my availability through my calendar system, which you’ll get a link to upon booking. I try to keep to doing these audits on a Tuesday, but if that doesn’t work for you, let me know and we’ll work something out!
